Refunds

  • Unused and Unopened Items: If you receive an unused and unopened item and would like to return it for a refund, please contact us within [number of days] days of receiving your order.

Returns

  • Unused and Unopened Items: We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 15 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging.

Exceptions

  • Custom or Special Order Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom or special order items unless they are damaged or defective.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
